Starbucks — Restaurant in Lawton

My wife had a taste for banana nut bread & white chocolate mocha coffee this was about 9:30 am so we went to the store on 82nd ( not as crowded as cache Rd) when we got there the drive-through was out it order, went inside, a little busy, I made my order for (2) two. had to wait about ten minutes, when I received my order it was for (1) one, so I questioned why that happened, the short female with the Multiple hair colors was very agitated and develop an attitude with the question, so I waited an additional 10 minutes and got my order sarcastically and with a roll of the eyes…my wife & I are 65 yrs young & a veteran of 25+ yrs service, there was no respect or courtesy given very poor...

The customer service at the location is HORRIBLE I dealt with a lady name Brittany and she was the meanest most awful person ever. When I expressed my drink was not made to par like normal she aggressively rolled her eyes and said “sir, I know how to do my job. I made your drink it is correct” I then asked to speak to the manager and she brought me some girl who didn’t even look to be out of Highschool named Kaitlynn I believe. She was absolutely no help either. As I was leaving a customer stopped me and told me that kaitlynn was infact NOT the manager and she personally knew who it was. I will also be contacting Starbucks...

I legitimately don’t understand how this Starbucks can suck as much as it does. I order at the drive through, he tells me it’s gonna be $20 even. I get to the window and it’s $22,60. I told him that’s not what he said or what was on the screen and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then proceeds to throw a fit, closes the window on me, then tells me it’s $16 and basically throws my food at me. My daughter’s croissant is smashed. They screw up the drinks consistently.
