Qwik Stop — Local services in Layton

When I get outstanding customer service, I will drive the distance to continue giving said place my business.. I live in Farmington which yes isn't far BUT there are other businesses I could go to that are closer to me.. With each n every employee I come in contact with at this store has shown me such amazing service, and the most up respect.. Having a couple recognizing me that we've established that regular customer relationship that they know that they can joke around with me, that I'll joke right back.. What got me checking out this store was a friend had recommended me to check out their vapes, that their prices are one hell of a steal, that they beat their competitors' prices which they do.. Plus, when you buy more than 1 the better the deal.. Their selection might not be what you get a vape store BUT they do carry popular brand's n flavors so you for sure can't go wrong there.. Whether you're spiritual, if it's part of your beliefs, your culture, or simply just like the smells; I highly recommend their long thick incense.. Also one hell of a deal.. They smell amazing.. Burn for a long time which the smell lasts n doesn't fade like alot do.. They also have other items that I love n was buying from other stores till I noticed they also had them on sale so for me, it's like a 1 stop shop for me.. the owner/employee guy thats always there is always on his phone loud and you basically have to interrupt his conversation to buy a puff bar. Which may I add do not buy, I got a mango puff bar and opened it (in a hurry on my way to work and needed it) and the plastic package was fully intact I opened it and took about 50 draws in false hopes of nicotine. There wasnt even a trace of mango, no scent or anything like they ran out of juice so they just sent out the disposable devices to sell so people can just throw them away. Ive tried to get a refund for this in the past but its literally not worth my time they dont do refunds even if your in the parking lot and open it lol. This place has completely lost my business for good, ill gladly drive another couple miles out of my way for now on. I...

One star is being kind. I've been buying puff bars there for a while now, and somehow they ALWAYS go out quickly. I am not talking like a week or 2 quickly, but 3 DAYS! 3DAYS!! I will no longer buy from here because that is ridiculous! I have my suspicions unfortunately that they take used puffers and sell them as new. I can't afford this!! Now, after only 3 days with my puffer, I no longer have one. Not just that, but there are 3 of us in my household and we all had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. What I want is my money back and an explanation as to how the puff bar I got lasted 3 days when I have ALWAYS had them last at least 2 weeks. I am angry, I don't ever have money, and now thanks to them I have no hope of getting another one. This is ridiculous and I just cannot tell you how ANGRY I AM....
