We’ve been stationed here a year now and have been going to fiiz right outside the main gate of hill for a solid 8 months now. Get the EXACT same thing each time and never had an issue with pricing or ugliness. Tonight 11/03/18 @7:45 pm we arrived at the drive thru window and a short woman with short brown hair from the bat had an ABSOLUTELY disgusting attitude. The way she handled our order and us was shocking that she finds the way she displays herself to her customers okay. Got an attitude and become even more rude when I said the price she gave me was never the price and she cut me off for the 4th time to tell me that’s because her employees weren’t charging us properly and she’s happy to call them all over there to let them know. Okay sourpuss lol - but it’s not my issue that you didnt properly train your workers to charge customers for the proper ingredients. Nor is it my issue that you and your stank attitude is working on a Saturday night than shoving your nasty attitude at your poor “employees”. Thankfully we’ve been going to soda science in Layton across from Walmart and would HIGHLY recommend it if you want better prices, faster service and nicer owners. The saddest part of it all? It took on us 4 months of being here before we had the guts to try this location because not one person on Hill that we interacted with had a good thing to say about this particular location. Read moreSERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! My girlfriend and I came through the drive thru tonight, 11/17/2018 at about 7:30 pm. We orders 1 drink, 2 mint chocolate chip cool beads, and 4 macaroons (2 salted caramel and 2 mint). The total came to $19.95.
Of the 4 teenagers who were there working tonight, 3 of them were just standing at the counter gossiping, being obnoxiously loud. The other teenager who was working the drive through didn’t EVERYTHING HERSELF. She made our drink. She got the macaroons by herself. The only thing that was done for her was grabbing cool beads and placing them on the register. THEY WEREN’T EVEN THE CORRECT COOL BEADS. We didn’t go back because we wanted to get home. We figured we would call. I called, twice. The phone simply rang, and rang, and rang. The phone rang for over a minute each time I called. No answer.
I am not impressed with the lack of customer service. I heard the gossip through the closed window. I will be going back on Monday, asking for a refund because I refuse to pay the wrong items and nobody being able to answer a damn phone to listen to me tell them what...
Read moreThe drive thru is scary to navigate in a sedan let alone a big truck. We arrived and walked into the store as a guy was walking out. They told us their lobby was closed (drive thru was still open). I told them my truck won’t fit in their drive thru. The girl looked at her watch and shrugged her shoulders and kept doing drive thru orders. I looked at my watch and it was 2 mins after their lobby closed (which it feels like a guessing game when their lobby will be open or not). When you have a drive thru as narrow and curvy as theirs, you should keep your lobby open until you actually close. I gave them an extra star because it forced us to their competitor which we feel in love with. The only reason I will return to Fiiz is to use the rest of my gift cards I purchased on special and when at Lagoon. Beyond that we will go to one of your many competitors (there are a ton in this state). After reading several reviews about the same terrible customer service I took my extra star away for driving me to their competitor which honestly were so friendly and tasted better and had more...
