It started out really well and our family of 5, including 3 childern were having a great time, until about half way through our tour the wheel broke off our UTV and we got stuck in the middle of the woods. We were even okay with being stuck there for a while as our tour guide got it fixed because our family is from Florida and we just loved playing in the fresh snow. After it was fixed, our tour guide said sorry but we will have to cut the tour short and go back to the shop, its not safe to travel on the tire. We were super understanding and we know that things happen but the tour guide even admitted to skipping the matainance that morning. They tried to get us to take a credit for a future trip but like I said we are from Florida and we were leaving the next day. So they agreed to a 50% refund... that never came. We emailed them several times and still no refund. I don't think we were being unreasonable asking for a 50% refund since our trip was cut in half and they agreed. Now they are just ghosting us and taking advantage of the fact that we live in Florida. So...

We purchased two utv for a mosquito pass trip on June 10th for July 3rd. On the Saturday before our trip we recieved a phone call from the owner asking us to change times from 1300 to 1730. This was allegedly from the computer over booking dates and times. I agreed. (I booked my tour over the phone and was given a receipt via square) I showed up at 1630 before our trip and was told they would be ready to go by 1700. We came back on time and I was told they had over booked again and the other people were going to get to go and not us because they came from Steamboat. I drove from the eastern plains of Colorado and was booked in advanced and was asked to reschedule to this date and time.

I was told they would refund our money in the amount $690 dollars which hasn't happened. I was told I would receive an email with free passes for another date, also this hasn't happened. Poor service and poor management. My kids cried as we drove away as they watched the other family get to go on their ride.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wow!!!! This company gives you the most incredible experiences for snowmobiling!!!! We're from NJ and so I researched more than 10 places to find the best snowmobiling company for our group of 12 people. From A to Z, and from booking to the actual experience, this company is hands down the best quality and the best deal. Jason was so responsive to all my questions even before we arrived and he helped me to prepare whatever we needed. During the trip, Blake was the best guide ever who helped us to get through any challenges with patience and kindness and he knows his stuff!! The snowmobiles are beautiful and new and they provide almost everything you need, even the snow suits!! The ride itself took my breath away because of the gorgeous view - wow!! - the snow-capped mountains and the turquoise colored lake and the beautiful slopes. Omg our group would come back to Colorado just for this!! Thank you to Jason and his crew for providing us with a ride of a lifetime. You guys are the BEST! Everyone, look no further.
