This Subway introduced me to a whole new experience of sandwich without me even asking. They must've known that I like trying new things, and they most unexpectedly indulged my curiosity with an entirely unexpected sandwich.
I ordered a tuna sub on flatbread with lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise and mustard.
They decided to retain the base of tuna which they must know is a favorite of mine, but that is where my original order ended and their creativity began. Instead of flatbread, they introduced me to the crisp, rich experience of Italian herb & cheese bread.
Plain boring old lettuce and tomato? That wouldn't stand for the nuanced taste of their experienced sandwich artists, so they indulged me with peppers and onions as well. They included the mayonnaise but did not include the mustard, but alas, should they feel that the mustard would detract from their culmination of flavors, then it is not for a mere peasant such as I to detract from the artist's vision.

Read moreFirst, they have an ordering problem. There's always something missing from the lineup whether it's your favorite bread or veggies or even soup. I worked for subway how can you be out of soup? Second, the brunette is clearly a meth head whose always burned out her whole shift. She doesn't care how your sandwich is made or wrapped, and anyone who has ever eaten bad subway knows that a crappy wrap means a salad with a side of bread when you open it at home (toppings fall out). I was 👌 this close to hopping behind the counter and making it myself. In fact, on my second sandwich I just told them put all toppings on the side in cookie bags and I'll make it at home. Really haven't had a chance to go back and quite frankly, don't want to. If there was a saving grace for this subway, it was the blonde who looked quite happy...
Read moreI'm giving this place 3 stars because the 2 ladies behind the counter did a good job of being patient and interacting with our kids. Otherwise, the place was disappointingly dirty. As in, not a single table was clean. They weren't so busy that someone wasn't able to quickly wipe down the tables and chairs so people had a place to sit. They were also out of a number of items which made getting what we wanted a bit tricky. To top it all off, it almost seemed as if they didn't know what items they had and didn't have as I was told they had no more chicken but then another of the workers pointed out that they did indeed have it in the fridge. They didn't offer to toast anything and being frazzled by everything, we didn't think to ask which resulted in said chicken being partially frozen...
