My fiancé purchased jewelry for my birthday and was told if your fiancée doesn’t like it, she can exchange it. Just Give us her name and that’s all that is needed. No receipt needed but I took anyway. I went this morning to exchange the earrings cause they were longer than I like to wear. I walked into store and was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I said I needed to exchange some earrings. She immediately asked for the receipt and looked at it and “oh these were 50% off and can’t be exchanged”. I told her that the sales lady had told my fiancé that all I had to do was give them my name and they would exchange them. WOW...... guess they only cater to the rich and famous and all customers...

I love the Clotheshorse! I can always find the best outfit here. They do a fabulous job of finding seasonally appropriate outfits for Houston weather. I can also find pieces that are unique, not just what you would find at a big box store. The staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job of not letting me walk out of the store without making sure the pieces I choose, make me look my best and are flattering. I also have great luck finding fun gifts for my family and friends! Including great items for my teenage daughters. Thank you...

Don't get me wrong, the boutique is very beautiful I just wished the ladies in there didn't treat me like I didn't belong.
