The Purple Ravens — Local services in League City

I used to love this place. Been going since it opened! Yall used to care about the products, care about how ethical things are sourced, and had great prices on everything from stones to herbs. The first time I went I spent 15 on a grab bag and got so much! Rings, bracelets, keychains, something way worth 15! Now??? Now there's no ethical sourcing, there's no care and compassion. I spend THIRTY FIVE dollars on a grab bag and get what?? 5 stones, a fake raven feather, and an AI tarot card. I ask questions to the staff and im met with people that act like theyre better than me because they know more about herbs and stones. I showed up today at the art walk, hoping to see so many people that care about oddities, and care about being wierd, just turning into a cash grab. As a handmade artist myself it isn't too hard to tell the pricing of resin, crochet, or most hand made things, and seeing a literal bar of soap be 40 dollars made me almost cry. I will no longer be shopping here or supporting this business, and an absolute SHAME ON YOU for kicking out customers that care about the sourcing of your bones/stones. My husband and myself stopped in yesterday for our 1st time, it's not my husbands thing so he waited outside with Mrs. Terry (Palm reader/ tarot) and they both enjoyed a wonderful conversation so much that when I stuck my head out letting him know I was ready he stay take some more time!! lol When we were leaving my husband found out Mrs. Terry was there for readings not just to talk to the husbands waiting outside lol Well the universe put him right where he needed to be so he got his 1st readings and he really enjoyed it. Mrs. Terry was awesome all around!!

At the end of the day I really enjoyed everything they had to offer can't say enough good things about the cutie little witchy haven! I will definitely be revisiting again soon hopefully because I love it & I have a return/exchange (not their fault just a defect)

CON: (more of a ME issue!) I've been wanting to visit for months so........ If I had any suggestion I would say change the closed days (I'm only off on Sundays and Mondays) yesterday was a blessing lol but most "Witchy Stores" are closed on those days too so I never get to visit...

I absolutely love The Purple Ravens!!! I’m so lucky I found this amazing place!! The energy is so soothing as soon as I walk in, no matter how many times I go…I feel right at home! Chrissie goes above and beyond to make me feel like family! She has anything and everything you could possibly want! And if she have it, I assure you she will definitely find it and get it!

My daughter and I are so in love with our visits to this little shop! Every time we go there is always something new, from books, oils, aromatherapy, cool shirts and jewelry! You name it, The Purple Ravens has it! Oh and let’s not forget the crystals!! Oodles and oodles of every shape, size and color from all kinds of origins! All the ladies in the shop are happy to help, they are well educated in all areas of metaphysical areas.

The Purple Ravens is my happy place! And I can’t wait to see this place grow...
