I have checked all other competitors and upgrade arcade is the only company that does themed upgrades and the only company that provides excellent customer service . The only things I have found were mistakes by a few other customers but had nothing to do with upgrade arcade these were purely mistakes made by these 2 customers that caused their problem to begin with . Words can't even come close to how impressed I am by Upgrade Arcade. Having never modded anything, and it being maybe 20 years since I ever touched computer components....I decided to upgrade my Street Fighter legacy arcade1up. After looking around, I went with Upgrade Arcade due to the reviews on their superior customer service, as I knew I would more than likely need help. Five stars is not enough! This company is amazing from start to finish! If you are on the fence about ordering from them jump right to the other side of it and place that order immediately! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every question no matter how ridiculous I had was answered immediately, and the customer service is literally unmatched. I placed my order for my mod kit one day before the hurricane hit Texas.
