Kolache Factory — Restaurant in League City

I had a doctor appointment this morning so after we dropped my dog off at daycare, we realized we were an hour early. We were heading to the appointment and saw Kolache Factory on the right. We pulled in to the empty parking lot which is not normally a good sign. We walked in and it smelled delicious. We got 6 kolaches and a small coffee. Then a rush of people came in. By the time I finally fixed up my coffee, the ladies had already taken care of the huge rush of customers. The workers were very nice. I’m not sure why the coffee syrups and creamers are facing in at the condiment station unless the syrups and creamers are not available for normal coffee purchases. The biscuits and gravy was my husband’s favorite. He got a Polish sausage which he said was pretty spicy, even spicier than the jalapeño popper which was absolutely delicious and recommended by the customer behind us in line. I also tried the millennial. It was good, but the Korean BBQ was better and it was super huge so I had to eat it later. I 10 out of 10 will be back to try...

I absolutely love Kolache factory. It’s definitely treat for my kids and I love how creative they are with new styles! However, I would highly avoid them if you plan on getting a bulk order. They are not equipped to take care of you in a timely manner. When I arrived, I noted my intentions and let them know. I needed two large boxes of coffee they said it’s your only be 8 to 10 minutes after I checked out I was told 10 to 15 minutes however it took 35 minutes in total making me late for a meeting that I was hosting . Do not come here if you plan on getting in and out with a large order.

Walked in and was treated with hand written signs saying half the menu featuring eggs were not eligible for discount and another half of the remaing menu being sold out. Placed my order to eat at the establishment and just received the food in bags. There were plastic utensils and napkins available but the grease from our order quickly overpowered them and made a mess. I understand most of their business is to-go orders but a paper plate or something to eat off of would have gone a long way. I wasn't impressed nor comfortable and even while not paying full price the value was lacking. Food seemed to be reheated not quite fully in a microwave, some spots were hot while others not even warm. I don't think I will be back with the impression...
