We walked in (1st time customers) and no one greeted us for quite a while so we just started picking our items to paint, chose a table to sit at. There was only 1 other family there who were silent. Walking in was quite awkward, after waiting many minutes I just started to help myself look around. The young worker finally came out from the back and helped us get our paint. We then paint for 30 minutes or so. She disappears for 15-20 minutes, maybe longer - sure felt longer. I could tell the other family was antsy and wondering why she’s taking so long (she was in the back drying/finalizing their artwork). She was gone so long I finally had my husband peak in and ask kindly if we could pay and just come back the next day to pickup our pieces. It was a rough first experience but will come back and try again. For a very very quiet day, this took way longer than necessary due to her disappearing in the back.
