The first time we came in the staff was friendly and helpful. We brought my husbands watch to be sized correctly. Today we went in with our masks due to corona. When I put my watch on to show the woman at the counter she told me I would have to tell her how many links to take out because she couldn’t get that close. Well ma’am I am at a jeweler for a reason. I wouldn’t know that is your job. You will touch the watch after me correct? So perhaps a band showing how much was hanging, anything because I wouldn’t know where the links come Apart? She couldn’t get close due to corona. Ok well an option should be present then instead of me guessing?? Then when I said ok then have a good day and began to leave she said oh Jesus Christ. Well yes ma’am perhaps he would be a good option for you wanting me to half do the job I came to you for? I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I suggest highly that you not visit this buy from this business. I returned to the store because I believed I had been sold the wrong ring. I asked politely if they could show me another set similar, and she said it would take too much time. I asked to see the paperwork where my set had matching numbers and we were asked to leave the store. I just don't think you should be able to treat people like this, making assumptions about what others think or want is not the way to do business. I understand I was addressing something that might not be comfortable, but instead of trying to help, we were just asked to leave. I had the greatest experience I ever had with jewelers and ring shops, especially when I was purchasing an engagement ring for my now wife! Unlike the more popular businesses out there, the jewelers here were very friendly, patient, kind, and were not pushy but let us look at rings at our own pace. They let us try on many different rings until it was just right. I enjoyed my experience here so much, I also bought our wedding bands here and was able to get them custom made and designed.
