They hosted a 2022 event they named "Leavenworth Oktoberfest", falsely associating themselves with the city of Leavenworth under the excuse that they "own the trademark". They published a message claiming that there would be no Oktoberfest in Leavenworth, WA.
This all confused many customers, myself included, into buying tickets to an Oktoberfest that was hosted in Wenatchee. They did not respond to emails and did not accept refund requests, even though we did never ended up going to the beer tent event in Wenatchee (we went to the Oktoberfest hosted in the real city of Leavenworth instead).
Why keep our money if we didn't go to your Wenatchee event? Why not respond to our emails? Why call yourselves Leavenworth Oktoberfest when you were kicked out of Leavenworth? Why delete all Facebook posts that held you accountable for this mixup? Shady business.
For anyone interested in future Oktoberfests in the area -- Leavenworth (the real, actual city) is continuing to host its own Oktoberfest in Leavenworth, WA (the real, actual city). You don't need to go to Wenatchee, unless you want to drink beer in a parking lot tent.
