On 11/20/15 I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience in this store, having purchased a set of tire chains called AutoSock by a young man clerk who was friendly and helpful, He suggested this AutoSock to me since I said I wanted something easy to get on the tires. Within five minutes of my being there, he brought out the package from behind the counter, showed me a video right at the counter of a woman putting them on a car in snow, took me outside to my car and checked the size of the tires and said he was lucky that he had the right size for my car in his store. Two weeks later after reading online that they were not chains, but a fabric of some sort with reviews saying they helped but readily tore and got holes in them easily when used, I returned them to the store for a refund. A different clerk there that day said OK & handed me a refund slip for ten dollars less than what I paid. I had paid $92 plus and he refunded me $81 plus. As I began to show him my receipt and how much I had paid and that this refund amount was not accurate, all of a sudden a taller man (from the back of store?? not sure) was standing behind me, outside the counter area, and started insisting that I had asked them to order this AutoSock for me from another store, since they didn't have the right size for my car and I had come back for them on a later day to pick them up and they charged $10.00 for that shipping fee, which is not refundable. I kept on talking and insisting that was not true and that he must have confused me with another customer who looked like me, even though none of them were there the day I bought the item, or he was being mixed up or not telling the truth. After ten minutes or more of his insisting in an increasingly louder voice about this, I said I still needed a flashlight for my car and I was not going to accept a partial refund. He then agreed to give me $10 off the $30.00 for the flashlight, which he did slowly while complaining. They possibly still owe me another ten dollars for the error of charging me a bogus fee, but I won't be going back there again to find out. Read moreLast Year I would have given Jerry's 4 or 5 stars, but they have changed their values. It used to be that I could bring in my snowblower every year for annual maintenance or for repair if needed, though it has never been needed. They would come and pick it up and deliver it when it was finished. Now, because my snowblower is not one of the brands they sell, they refuse to work on it. And since they are the only company in Leavenworth that works on snowblowers, that leaves me in a real bind. I do not have a large truck or a trailer to take it to Wenatchee, and so far have not found a company that will come up to get it. This basically forces me to buy a snowblower from Jerry's if I ever want service. And I believe that is exactly their intent. They have every right to do this if course, but it goes against the values of our village. As a result, I will no longer do any business with them. And I will definitely will not buy my next snowblower from them (I was originally planning to buy my next one from them). We had a coolant leak we're 3 hours from home, I was pretty sure where it was coming from asked if they could help me because my hands wouldn't fit well, just asked for help and was told that "this was a parts store, if I wanted help I should take it to a mechanic's shop" I informed the young "gentlemen" that that seems odd because every other napa and auto parts stores have been willing to help its customers with their needs I went back in to buy some coolant to get me up the road and the store employee asked me if "I thought they should just help me for free" then I was told because I was upset that he was thinking about not selling me the coolant so I left the store with the employee telling me to "go f... myself" thanks napa great store...
