We always go to the bavarian village whenever we get a chance. We stayed at this hotel since everything was booked closest to the village. It’s a nice hotel 🏨/ inn. It has clean sheets, good size bathroom, keurig, microwave and refrigerator. A table with 2 chairs, couch and tv. The tv stand holds the extra pillows and blankets. We arrived here early around 11:50 so our room was not ready, the manager offered to call us when our room is ready. Google directions to the village says 15min walk but we still drove knowing my 2 kids 😁. We went back around sunset, people outside the inn were enjoying the hot tub/jacuzzi, can’t really see how big was it but there were about 3 couples that were there. The patio of the room is overlooking the wenatchee river which is amazing to have as a view. We are lucky enough to have the view without the blocking tall trees 🌲(we were at rm 116). During breakfast they pretty decent food, the usual waffles bacon and egg. There were also fruits, cheese, milk, orange juice, yogurt and oatmeal. My son also kept saying that he liked the hospitality of the manager, she was very accommodating. The only thing I was disappointed was the coffee, I can’t even taste the coffee. It’s like hot water, but they do have tea bags and swiss miss for non coffee drinkers. On our check out, I saw the crew really cleaning up the free rooms, removing the sheets so I really think they replace the sheets every time! 👍👍👍. This place is awesome, loved our stay here. Cozy, simple, suits the ambiance of...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed with Alpine Rivers Inn hotel. The moment i arrived, it was clear the property was poorly maintained — the room was dirty, surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom felt unsanitary. The entire hotel looked outdated and in desperate need of repairs and updates. Carpets had not been vacuumed in forever and there were spicer weds and cob webs everywhere. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, making it impossible to get any work done. I only stayed for about two hours because it was getting late and I had work deadlines. After the maintenance man came to my room to ask if it was working after he attempted to fix it I showed him on both my iPhone and Ipad that it was not. I left and went to the Hampton Inn…which was very nice, clean and had working WiFi. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, functional room and basic amenities, but this experience fell far short. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others. The office/management staff are also clearly avoiding Amex, Booking.com and my emails. After several attempts I can’t continue to waste time. I’m certain these are the exact results they want. Please read other reviews, you’ll see a pattern. They seem to have a history of problems and then consistently avoid them. They do NOT care about the customer experience or doing the...
Read moreThis was an extremely disappointing experience for me. I originally booked this hotel for two nights for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Due to unforseen circumstances, ten days before my trip I had to cancel my reservations. I was informed, that I would receive a full refund because Christmas was considered to be a holiday and I canceled seven days before my trip per company policy. After the holidays, I noticed Alpine Rivers Inn still charged me for the stay, and even sent me out an email thanking me for my stay and to fill out a survery. I tried several times to have this transaction reversed, and have had little assistance from Shelia and Sherri. Alpine Rivers Inn claims they charged me because of the Festival of the Lights, which no where in the contract I personally received states that. Also, when I received my receipt from Alpine Rivers Inn it was for $799, but for some reason I was charged $801. Yes, I know it's only $2, but that extra charge without my knowledge and permission, null and voids the contract I had with them for my booking. Since Alpine Rivers Inn refuses to discuss this matter, and return monies, I've decided to open a claim with my bank. Now an investigation is being conducted against Alpine Rivers Inn for overcharging my bank without my permission and refusing to refund monies. Beware, because this may...
