Eastside Cycleworks — Local services in Leavenworth

Had an issue with my rear tire where the bolts came loose and needed some work done I couldn't do myself (lacked the tools) and this afternoon Eastside Cycleworks fixed it for me in a timely, professional and affordable manner. Really appreciate how they took the time to actually listen to me rather than "Here are some screws, just screw them in." as the first place I visited this morning did. A little more to it than that which required some custom work. Had a nice chat about some of the trail systems in the area along with some recommendations. in and out in less than 30 and I couldn't recommend them more. Solid 5/5 stars for a great experience. Last minute friends and I decided to rent mountain bikes. We were set up with epic Trek bikes with monster batteries, then given the perfect route to the mountain loop directly ridable from the shop.

And then… in the middle of our ride, one of the bikes had a chain break. Apparently that happens. We were in luck as we were in cellphone range so we placed a call to ask what we should do. 10 minutes later, the owner was in the trailhead parking lot with replacement parts and got us back riding again. I can’t believe the roadside assistance we received - all with a genuine smile!

A terrific selection of rental bikes along with a very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff make this place a must visit! The shop is in a great location with super easy access to a ton of local and area trail systems. Also, the shop is walking distance from multiple food and brewery options which is something to look forward to post-ride. Our group was not very experienced but the owner Pat was super welcoming and had great trail recommendations so that everyone could enjoy the ride and feel comfortable and confident while doing so.
