I could not be more pleased to write this review… Angie and Enrique were beyond amazing. I am very pleased to have finalized my purchase with these two wonderful individuals/this store, the reason being; When I walked in being the youngest person in there from a customer standpoint I was treated with respect and courtesy regardless of age. I wasn’t ignored, in fact Angie who is not normally on the floor noticed the other reps were busy and had no hesitation in coming over to help my (now) fiancé and I. The process was smooth, transparent in regards to the financial transaction, and overall professional. I simply cannot give this location anything less than 5 stars because this is exactly what I had hoped to experience when shopping for such an important piece.

In contrast, I shopped around with many other stores throughout the KC Metropolitan area, North of the river, downtown, in town, you name it… Nowhere came close not only to the level of service but also the quality of jewelry I was shopping for. Furthermore, the pricing was nothing but fair or even more than fair as I am familiarized with the jewelry market to a degree, not professionally but enough to know what to expect from a pricing standpoint.

Very exclusive place and friendly employees who is willing to educate you on how to select the jewelry you are looking for. They can even ship the piece you are interested from different location to show you with deposit that’s refundable. When I compare some of the diamonds there with Tiffany’s, Diamond Direct has a better quality and more choices for their customers. Astrid was easy to work with at first but she wasn’t able to get all the requirements of what I wanted and there was a lot of communication back and forth. It took a while to finally get my wedding and engagement rings done. It took even longer to get my husband’s ring done. She was not able to understand what we wanted and the rings were done wrongly. It was a frustrating process. When we collected my husband’s ring, we realized that my wedding band and engagement band were not the same size! Sent both rings back and they would have yo remake the wedding band to match with the other ring. My husband bought those in a set and not sure why they were not the same size(one is wider than the other). Astrid would replied my text messages diligently in the beginning but after we have collected the rings, she just ignored my message. The manager called me and apologized of what happened and offered to make it up to us. We finally drop by to collect the rings that’s been redone and received a special gift that I couldn’t be more happy about.
