I stopped by the Purple store twice because we are really in need of a new mattress, I've been sleeping on a memory foam for about 2 years, and it is already very broken down. Previously, I was sleeping on a gel matrix Intellibed for years, but when I got married, the queen didnt feel big enough.

I've had 4 disc bulges in the last 25 years. Lucky me, I was born with some abnormalities that left me very susceptible to this happening and then in 2019 the muscles and ligaments had gotten so weak they gave out and caused a fracture (bilateral pars defect and Spondylolisthesis of L5 on S1).

It left me without the function of some of the muscles on the back of my left leg for about 3 years, and I could only walk 5-15 min at a time. As I was healing, I noticed that broken down memory foam would cause me to regress so I ended up going to our guest room and sleeping on my Queen lntellibed (gel matrix) about 4-5 nts/wk.

I've been a practicing Chiropractor for over 17 years now, so I'm very aware what pressure points in other mattresses can do to someone who has a history of disc injuries or sciatica. Those pressure points will constantly throw you out of alignment and back into pain or dysfunction.

We had such a great experience with the manager and Meagan both. I felt very educated, and ultimately, we bought the new Purple Rejunvenate Premier. This kind of bed can be sticker shock for many people, but there is no amount of money in the world that can buy you health once it's gone. I've experienced this as a patient and continue to see it as a doctor.

Went to two other mattress stores before this one. While those places definitely had a standard sales floor experience (pushy sales people, rushed) the purple store did not. I was immediately greeted at the door by Emily B who first showed off the grid Purple is famous for before taking me to the rest of the floor with several mattresses to test. You can test the 2-4in purple mattresses in both king and queen. At no point did I feel rushed and was encouraged to thoroughly test each mattress. After deciding to purchase the 3' mattress, I was led to the back of the floor which had samples of the sheets and covers available from Purple. During the actual purchase and payment bit Emily was very thorough in explaining the shipping and payment options. While I did not go with the payment plan option, I will note that it was never strongly pushed. Normally I expect a sale person to attempt to shove in-house financing down my throat and was pleasantly surprised that this did not happen. Overall, the sales experience was great.

Greeted by a friendly employee of theirs, Daniel their Showroom Manager while my family and I were visiting thinking of which store we wanted see next. He kindly gave samples of the Purple Mattress to the whole family, became a toy for the kids and invited us in to see the product. We were thinking about for a while not knowing there was a storefront in Leawood. Daniel met back up with us, informed and let us test/showed us the whole product line. He was professional and knowledgeable which made our decision to purchase a lot more confident. Even better yet, he helped load our vehicle, which I didn’t even mention. We bought the hybrid 3 king with the adjustable base and their pillows. This Purple Mattress has held strong to its claims, stays cool, forms to the body and stability where needed. Plus, the base has been nice when the wife and I are watching our favorite shows after getting the kids to bed. I recommend it to anyone looking to get their forever mattress, it’s built to last giving a 10-year warranty.
