Talk about great service... We were on the "hunt" for Crown Royal Peach and it was quite the a hunt! We live in Brookside and we called and drove all over the Missouri side of town. We called a store in Overland Park who said they had 25 bottles. Once we got there, they said someone bought them... We drove around and called other stores in the area. Then, finally, a n upbeat young man answered and said they indeed had some. We reiterated what we were looking for because nobody else had it because it's considered a summer/fall product. He confirmed they had it. We got there, and they had a few cases! Both guys were GREAT! I have been going into Harrys for about a year now as it is right down the street from my home, I enjoy it because I see the same friendly faces and it’s a very family oriented atmosphere. The tall guy (Josh) is always eager to help me make my selection and even carries it to my car which helps because I’m older. I don’t mind paying a dollar or two more for things when it comes with that kind of service. Not you’re everyday beer stop. Nice wines and selection. Great variety and great prices!! Super friendly and helpful staff. I thought I may have left my credit card there, and when I called to inquire the gentleman who answered really went the extra mile by volunteering to pull up the security footage to see what transpired after I used my cc.
