Tried the new Lebanon Burger King again (store#26974) and its still awful. We've been there a handful of times, most of the staff are rude (mainly the manager, stress I guess), they can't hear u in the drive-thru and always bark rudely "what else!" "what else!" after each item. If thats not enough the food is always wrong and the cheese is always cold if they dont forget it all together. Don't confuse this review with the BK across from walmart, they're great, food is hot and they always get our order right!
We went through drive-thru this evening (Aug 5) at the new BK again to see if its better yet, I thought it'd iron out after a while but never again will we go there, here's why... low and behold they forgot the cheese on the whoppers but thats not the reason we wont go back anymore, its worse. Instead of going back through drive-thru again we went inside to have our food fixed. The manager took both whoppers back into the kitchen, laid them on the counter where they prepare everyone's food, inspected them to verify they were indeed wrong then threw them away and made new ones. I'm thinking, wow, sure hope we're not asymptomatic with covid or something. Was at the hospital today for an appt, a gas station, another restaraunt earlier plus my employer is huge so I have lots of coworkers, hundreds! I wash my hands often and use sanitizer but thats no guarantee u won't catch it. I wonder how many other messed up and potentially covid contaminated food they take back into the kitchen during this pandemic?! He didn't wipe anything down after that, didnt change his gloves, just went about the kitchen like covid doesn't exist. Other places won't even touch food that left with a customer but the new BK takes it all the way back into the kitchen. Horribly unsanitary without a pandemic but with covid,...
Read moreWent through the drive thru at about 930 pm Saturday. Ordered a number one combo large with a Coke. The burger was to have only tomato and mayo. I was informed that the store was out of Coke. I then asked for a Sprite in place of a Coke. I was then asked to pull forward as fresh fries were being made. No indication of where. I pulled around to the front of the store. After a 15 minute wait my order was brought to my car. No offer of condiments or salt and pepper. Also no reduction in my bill or apology for the wait. But wait! There's more! When I parked and got out my food the fries, a large order, were put into a cookie wrapper. No way you're getting a large order of fries in that. After that I decided to take a look at my sandwich. Loaded with everything that I didn't want. I didn't bother going back through to complain. Idiots will do what...
Read moreI have to be at work at 6 so a 5:30 open is important. The old opening manager rarely had the place open by 5:45. Many times the lights were on but no one was there or there was someone there, but nobody answered the drive through.
I talked to the new opening manager about the problem of not opening on time or even near on time. She said she works Mon Wed Fri Sat Sun and it will open on time. I went there today on a Tuesday and was not open at 5:35. Went across the street to McDonald's and when I left there at 5:47 BK still not open.
I give up. I can't plan a fast food breakfast based on if a place decides to open on time or not. Poor.
Update: I then tried on a Tuesday and a Wednesday last week and both days not open by 5:45. So the new opening manager doesn't even stick...
