I took my family to your Trenton Ohio location when they was here visiting from Florida and it was horrible! The staff was being very loud in the kitchen as they was cussing at each other and saying things that was very inappropriate. Not only that but the store was not very clean, the bathrooms smelled like it was not cleaned in months. We was going to get up and leave but our family hadn't ate cassanos in over 20 years so we decided to stay. Only for our food to come out wrong and when I spoke to the manager told me that they are the one who took the order and that's what I ordered! She wasn't trying to help fix the situation just argue with me. So I spent over 100 dollars at your restaurant only to leave still hungry and embarrassed. No customer should ever feel that way...

I had been traveling for about 4 hours with weather conditions being not so good. I was right around 1 in the morning. I needed gas and a restroom badly. I went in and the restrooms were closed. Blocked off... My bladder felt like it was about to explode!! I asked the male attendant with long hair why they were closed and I got no reply. Colony Square shopping center is a nice quiet shopping center to do your everyday shopping. They have multiple stores a jewelry store Big Lots Family Dollar a super rent-to-own store now they have Carol's carpets along with a pharmacy and also a movie theater inside there they also have a pottery place where you can go and design and make your own pottery and paint it.
