I bought a fireplace back in January and it was delivered to my house and it was missing the back to the remote, cords, shelves and the metal brackets were missing. AFTER the lady at the store texted me from her cellphone pictures of this fireplace and said that she would fix the scuff marks before it was delivered to me. That's was never done The hiya who delivered it was AWESOME. After they delivered it my husband and I went into the store and talked to her about it and she said she would order the parts. That never happened it is now April 12, 2018 and I still don't have my parts I missed my payment for my tires on purpose and guess what day 2 I received a call saying my payment was due. I asked about the parts for the fireplace on day 3 when I called in to make my payment and was told the parts were being processed. I was told this over a month ago and I talked to the new manager and she said you only paid 90.00 dollars for it and that is when I got pissed and said I don't care how much I paid for it that is my hard earned money and I was not aware of all these issues I still have the text and picture messages from the girl at the store. All they do is LIE at this point I think I am going to seek help with this matter this is unacceptable and the fireplace is paid off. I even talked to a guy from corporate face to face on the office and he said that rude manager would call me with an update, I have yet to receive a call from her. I swear all of them are incompetent and will never get anymore of my money after my stuff...

We paid almost $1000 dollars for a set of Cooper River theater chairs and over the 4-5 months since we purchased them they have been in 4-5 times for repairs. The console, then 1 chair, then the other chair then all of it quit working. The last time they went in was the week of memorial day just after our home flooded with 25,000 gallons of water. They were nice enough to store them in the back room during our repairs. We are exhausted and moving back in today. The chairs were delivered once again and the exact issue the were sent in for this time, 6 weeks ago is not fixed. We pay the insurance to cover this and were assured this time they were properly fixed. At this point we should be refunded part if not all of our money as Rent To Own has had the chairs more than us. My husband called about this issue and the manager was put on the phone and got very nasty with my husband. Accusing him of making the other associate cry. I was beside him for the whole conversation and he said nothing at all to make the associate upset in any way at all. We need this problem solved immediately!!!!!
