i wish i could give this specific taco bell 0 stars, but sadly i cannot. even when the place is deserted, the service sucks. it takes 40 minutes to get TACOS! @ a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, that “specializes” in TACOS!! heaven forbid, it’s in the dn name. you see this is the first bad review i’ve ever posted anywhere, & it takes a lot to push me over the edge. but- with that said, i went through the drive through about 30 minutes ago- & not only did it take 20 minutes to get our small order, when there was only 1 car in front of us, who surprisingly- also had a small order! but they also completely messed up our order. since they got our drinks correct we were bold to assume the whole order was a-okay, so we decided to head on home. right when we walked in the door we just then realized that our order was 100% wrong- minus the drink, not only was is wrong but we were also shorted & we got way less than we ordered- so we came to the conclusion that they had given us somebody else’s order. now, i also work in the food industry & i have tons of sympathy when anything goes wrong- hence an order mess up, missed item or calculation. i understand. but they had a full staff working, & nobody even checked the order or noticed that we had a pretty long receipt & a pretty small bag. once again, mistakes happen. but it didn't stop there- we wanted our order, since it’s what we ordered, so we went back & actually went inside- which was empty, to watch the worker making our food wipe the sweat from his hat, with his gloves on, & continue to make our order, which is very ironic because normally gloves are used to make sure the food is untouched by dirty hands & riddled with germs & bacteria- yet he just placed his sweat right in a soft taco supreme that was part of our order. disgusting, also disgusting the guy didn’t even think twice about it. change his gloves maybe? nope. which is a perfect representation of this taco bell location. sh*y job from workers & management, terrible service, & contaminated food! we were also clearly a bit unhappy that we drove 25 minutes to get to the taco bell from where we were, to wait 20 minutes to get our order, to drive home which would take another 10 minutes, just to take another 10 minutes & go back- wait 15 minutes & drive 10 minutes back home again. overall i wasted an hour & 30 minutes of my time that could’ve been spent taking way less time @ another fast food joint in the area, BUT WE GAVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE LEBANON TACO BELL!! i think the only reason this location is still in business is because the only crowd that hangs around there are the drunks from 11-4, the people from the motel around back, & the high schoolers that have no $$ for better food & service.
——also! side note, i know it’s my fault for not checking the bag after we received it the first time- but as a customer i shouldn’t have to do that, if i pay for an order it should be what i receive- no matter how many people it has to go through to get checked out & ready for the customer. sorry for being such a b*h but it’s not...
Read moreI went to tacobell several times this week, and not one time has my order come back to me correct. It is ethier cold, stale and old looking. In this recent order, I had a crunchwrap supreme, cheesy potatoes, and a beefy 5 layer burrito. The crunchwrap had a very stale breading, and there was no meat,it was all lettuce and tomato, secondly the cheesy potatos if you can even call it that was wrongly advertised as something you get thats supposed to be in a container size comparison of kfc chicken bowl but comes in a small dipping sauce cup. Not to mention that there wasn't even really any cheese on it. If you thought things couldn't get any worse I go and open up the orange juice and it tasted awful it looked deep color orange an I didn't think much of it at first but I go to take a drink and it taste just really awful it tasted as if it was fermented and sitting there for quite awhile it even smelled like alcohol. Honstly as for there service it felt like they just absolutely hate there job bc why else would they put less to no effort in there job I mean I understand being tierd and overworked but if you can't go a single day with out doing your job or doing it correctly then you need to just quite an look for something else. Other then that, don't go to really anywhere for food in lebanon unless you want these results the only safe food places that you can go at least on a day to day bases so far when it comes to quality of food and service and just how fast the food comes out. Mc Donald's, Billy's buger & beers, barrel house and toki steak house they by far have the best results if you like that kind of food but wendys, tacobell, Arby's, kfc, bob evans & frishes which is now closed and even skyline all are bad just don't go to lebanons fast food options just go to...
Read moreThe drive thru experience was absolutely horrible today! They messed up my order and when I explained that the order was wrong, three of the Taco Bell's staff members, including the manager, were all at the window and was arguing with me in front of my son rather than fixing it, especially the manager! When I asked if they could just fix it instead of arguing with me about it, the manager yelled at me about fixing it. I was lost for words other than being very angry! I drove off very upset and frustrated, especially because this happened in front of my son! I will NEVER go there again. They all were unprofessional and the young girl taking the orders kept looking at me like she knew she messed up but wouldn't say a word. She repeated my order at the speaker and I thought everything would be correct. But instead they looked like they were dumbfounded and the manager was VERY unprofessional by yelling at a customer, especially with a child in the car. I've never been treated like that before. I feel if you work in customer service then people should always be friendly and correct something that is wrong and not argue and yell. The sad thing is that people pay for that food and they should be treated with respect and the food should be made right! Definitely calling cooperate on this because I dont think any restaurant should have people like that treating the public so horrible and having people like that working for their company.
