L-LIFE Food Pantry — Local services in Lebanon

I really like this place and they've helped me out a lot.. so I really hate to say anything bad, but I've got to bring this up.

For the past while, I'd say the last 3 months, myself and others where I live have been getting moldy/spoiled food. My neighbor just got a moldy rotisserie chicken. A while back multiple people got diarrhea from pizza from there, though I think that one's more the fault of Little Ceasars.

The thing is.. you give spoiled food (and especially meat) to a blind person, or someone who has no sense of smell/taste due to covid, and you might end up killing someone. It's a legit concern. And it's also just a bummer to think you're okay on food for a while, then you get it home and realize sometimes more than half of it is inedible.

I'm not sure why this is happening. I appreciate all that L Life and its volunteers are doing for the community, but.. this could potentially end really badly for someone, and...

I was here from the beginning when it first opened and with the remodeling and everything but because my house I stopped working here and all I can say is narrative does an excellent job she make sure everybody's take care of she is kind and she is so sweet working here cuz we need people here that care about other people do not get rid of her she is wonderful God has blessed us to have her here working for us I cannot thank her enough she is so helpful and kind and that's what we needed a life of people that don't have the money but need the food does not make you feel like...

I retired last November and was looking for a place to volunteer. A friend recommended L-Life Food Pantry. I started volunteering in January and found that the staff and volunteers there are really terrific! They really care about their clients and the community and do everything they can to ensure everyone that needs food are able to get it. I also love the way everything is so orderly to ensure that everyone has a safe and pleasant experience.
