Waffle House — Restaurant in Lebanon

I will never go back and used to like Waffle House years ago. Several of us stopped in for breakfast and they where laughing and joking among st each other which can be good, but it wasn't long before we noticed we where an after thought to their fun and "to do list" they where supposed to do before their shift ended. I had pork chops and eggs. My eggs where hard and my chops tasted freezer burned. The waiteress came over and asked if everything was ok and I said this is not a good meal, and she said " Im sorry" and WALKED AWAY!!!!! My friend had eggs, sausage patties, and rasin toast and the toast was burnt, the sausage was dried up and hard and super salty. So We decide, never again, go to the ladies room, keep our mouth shut, they made it obvious they don't care, and just leave. I go to the ladies room and no Toilet paper. Glad I had Napkins in my pocket. We tell the waitress, so she could put some TP in the bathroom for my friend. 10 minutes later still no TP. We knew better and she brought her own napkins too! On that we did ask for the manager and her only comment was well I didn't know or I would have made sure it was there. Sorry! ... It was another, Im not interested in your complaint or concerns attitude, give us your money, eat or garbage and get out... That was the attitude. Never NEVER GOING BACK and will discourage any and all if I can. Right down the road, and wish we would have remembered, there is a place that serves a good breakfast called Faye's. Just left with my to-go order. I sat in there and waited for it after I ordered it. I paid the extra 20% for it being to-go so I could take food home for my family. The severs were talking with a lady at the table the whole time. I ordered 1 regularl waffle, a breakfast bowl, 1 pumpkin spice waffle and a side of hashbrowns. I didn't think I needed to check my order before leaving. That was my fault. However I was shorted my regular waffle all together. I've called 6 times and they aren't accepting calls right now to minimize take out orders. That's fine but the phone should still be answered to resolve issues. The pumpkin spice waffle is severely under cooked. It's like raw batter in middle. My son won't eat it at all. I can't drive all the way 15 miles back if I don't know if it would be resolved or not. I would probably just end up with another under cooked waffle. I never do reviews like this. Ever. Hope ya'll get it together. We eat here several times a month. I work fast food...

My husband and I went in around 1am. We sat at the bar and wanted to get a to go order. We order a coffee while waiting. I continued to sit at bar and my husband went outside to vape. While he was outside the shift supervisor ness called over our server andrew and i could hear her say we needed to pay so we didn't walk out on our food. The server instantly said I can get you over here at the register and our food wasn't barley even started yet. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and jalapeños in hasbbrowns but got bacon and no hashbrowns. My husband wanted all bacon but got a mix of sausage and bacon with his all star and had to ask for the waffle bc it wasn't in bag. I should have checked the food before I got home but wanted to just go because for some reason Ness thought we just came in to order food just to walk out without it so their priority was us paying instead of making sure our food was right.
