Worst customer service ever.. There are some people who work here that know what they are doing and a couple that shouldn't even be in the business. To date I have been sold a chainsaw bar that almost burned up my saw. , 2 chains that didn't fit = $100.00 Sold the wrong weedeater head went back to purchase another one and the sold me the same head. =&100.00 Took the head back and was refused a refund. I left the 50.00 weedeater head there and I will never go back to this store. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I will never spend another cent. Poor poor poor customer service. So save your money and go somewhere they know what they are talking about. I'll never...

We just stopped in after the case knife show because my husband wanted to get a leaf blower, nice man was helping us until a dirty grungy jerk that also worked there walks in and jump all over the man helping usams told him to go outside and help another customer. He tells him "I'm helping a customer right now" the dirty guy says "i don't care go do it". Both men leave us. I made sure the dirty man knew they just lost 700 bucks...

Anytime we come down to visit my aunt and uncle and my cousin Dale Richerson I always like to go there and see what they have. They have a lot of good outdoor equipment there and plus I like the kids farm toys that they have there also. Very friendly staff working there also. I live in Hammond Indiana and wish we had a place like that...
