Currently staying at your location in Lebanon, MO. I arrived to the hotel prior to my husband arriving. I had arrived during shift change. The Morning staff were very welcoming. I got up to my room with my kids and began getting settled in. At approximately 4pm my husband arrived to the hotel. He asked the evening staff in the lobby how to find room 217. Without getting name or identification the front desk made him a key and referred to him as a delivery driver. Even asked what company he delivers for. I called down to the front desk to ask why she made a key for the guy she assumed was a delivery driver. She offered no explanation. I then explained that luckily he is my husband and not a delivery person. We went out to dinner next door. Upon arriving back at the Hampton, I went to draw a bath for my 3 year old child. I noticed there were hairs and some brown matter in the shower. I called the front desk from my room and she stated she would bring cleaning supplies up. She then proceeded to pass me a yellow terry/microfiber cloth, 2 white wash rags, a clear bottle of commit cleaner, and what appeared to be a magic eraser. She then stood there and watched me clean my tub/shower. I gave her several dirty wash cloths and towels I had discovered in the folded towels to be used by guests. There was dried green and brown matter on towels believed to be snot and feces. I told her I wanted to file a complaint. She stated she doesn't clean the rooms. She then proceeded to tell me that according to the computer the room was cleaned today. This is unacceptable. I was then told by the Assistant Manager that her manager would be in where we can get this resolved. Later that day (12/22) Manager Heather Hightower was still not there. Evening staff at the front desk stated they would contact Heather and call me at my room to let me know when she would be there. No communication from front desk. I did call down about 3 times through the evening and the front desk acted annoyed and said Heather will be here tomorrow (12/23). Upon going down to the lobby this morning the gentlemen stated to me only Heather could resolve this issue. Nobody knows when or if Heather decides to come in. So I check out today at 11am and STILL in 2 days my issue goes unresolved. I will never stay at another Hampton...
Read moreAs an Honor's member, I can say this is the first time I have ever left a poor review for a Hilton Hotel...but this is our first (and last) time at a Hampton Inn. I really can't say enough about how disappointed and disgusted I was with this stay! We checked in online and was assigned a room number (king room), but when we got to the hotel, our room number had been changed and we found out it was a room with two double beds. Went to front desk and was told the room I was originally assigned had not been cleaned and they were sold out. Really? On a Friday night when they are sold out, they leave a king room unclean? No! I know they gave our room to someone else. Then the front desk lady made a comment that maybe the Super 8 down the road would have a vacancy. Seriously? I rented a king room at a Hilton hotel for nearly $200 a night and she thinks I would be interested in a Super 8?!? If it hadn't already been 10pm, I would have looked for something else. We did receive a discount on our room, BUT THEN we take our stuff in and find the room had a horrible smell. We find the carpet and side of one of the beds to be wet and stained. IT WAS LITERALLY FROM VOMIT THAT HAD ONLY PARTIALLY BEEN CLEANED!!! My husband went back to the front desk and was given a can of Lysol! WTH??? Had to spray the area several times throughout the night to be able to sleep. We went to the front desk this morning to talk to "someone else" about the situation. The guy working was terribly rude. He said he didn't have time to discuss it because he was by himself and had to finish breakfast. We ended up leaving without breakfast or even coffee because he said there were no lids for the coffee cups, he wasn't even making eggs and he had watered the gravy down so bad it was like soup. He said it is free so "it is what it is". I hope you can see truly how bad the bed and floor were in the attached picture. Never again Hampton Inn and maybe not a...

I called twice today. Person who answered the phone stated she was just looking at my account? Said she would call me back. Zero call back. I called my bank. They see the charge. Bank sent me papers to fill out to file a fraudulent charge complaint. Heather told her desk clerk to tell me it's between me and my bank now? Heather is the hotel manager. Avoid this location. If you do stay here watch your bank account closely.
I booked my rooms for a Friday and Saturday over the phone. They took my card info to hold the room. Common practice. Before I arrived they ran the amount for one night's stay. $98.00. Not a common practice. I went with it because I am busy. The second day, Sunday a second charge ran for $112.00. Both pending charges. Monday both pending charges fell off and a total of $225.00 posted and cleared which is what I owed. Not a problem. Then later in the day Monday $98.00 posted again as a pending charge? Not cool. I have called for three days to this property. I am being over charged for $98.00. I have talked with four different people including the manager Heather. Each time I was told someone would look into it and call me back. No one called. After my 5th call Heather said she called a credit card company and the company said they don't see the charge while I am looking at it on my bank app. She said I need to call my bank? This is Thursday, I still have a pending charge on my account. I travel 35 weekends a year. This is not common practice. To the 15 million people who have read my reviews I suggest staying elsewhere in...
