I stopped by here in the summer of 2025. Several people behind the counter. Several males (5 or so) looking at knives but with no one offering to help them. I caught the eye of one female behind the counter who looked at me with a scowl and went to the back. I finally got one of them to assist me. He spoke low with no enthusiasm and made me feel as if I was interrupting me. He pointed me to a table with a vague description of the location for the product I was looking for.
I stopped and watched and the several males with money to spend were totally ignored. And as I decided to walk out after 3 minutes, I was meet with a young female telling me to have a good day in a mockful tone.

She bagged up my items blurted the price and stood there looking across the store as if I didn’t exist. Like grab your crap and leave type feeling....

Lucky for me I've done my own research and found what I was looking for without the need of help. They weren't rude to me as was posted from someone else. My wife liked the prices and choices in the...
