Update: Inside was Clean. Love the Chicken Mac Bowl & Peach Iced Tea. Quick & Great Service. Update: Drive Thru was Quick & Accurate. Update: Slow Service and missing food. Love the Mac Bowl. Always COLD Inside! Quick Service & Great Food! However, it was FREEZING inside the Restaurant, even with my coat on. The workers were Cold, too! My husband and son who Never get cold, Agreed! Need to make it Comfortable for the Customers! Great Service through the Drive Thru! Accurate Order & Delicious Chicken Club & Wraps. Also, Love the Mac N Cheese... UPDATE: Restaurant was clean inside & outside. Great Service! Employees we're all cleaning & staying busy! Much better experience than the previous time! Chicken Wrap was delicious and the fries were hot & good, too. Much better chicken than KFC & MUCH NICER STAFF! Restrooms were very clean & stocked. Great Improvement!!! Delicious chicken and lots of different sauces to choose from. My husband had the Chicken Club and loved it. They have great potato chips. The Raspberry & Peach Teas were very good! Delicious chicken! 1st Visit The restaurant was not clean at all. Numerous employees, but no one was cleaning ANY tables and teas were empty, too. Hopefully, they figure out where the breakdown is at. Will TRY, again, but they need someone running the place that knows what's going on. Want to try a hand-spun malt. Sounds Yummy! They have now closed the lobby, so I hope they figure it out. Much Better Now! ...

What a group of honest and dedicated staff. This review is dedicated to Beau. I stopped to get food with my sons June 11, 2021. First time at the establishment but the menu looked good. Ordered their chicken wings and they were fresh, well seasoned and their homemade ranch was delish. After finishing, we left to get back on the road to head back to San Antonio. 2 hours had lapsed and I stopped at a gas station, then realized I couldn't find my wallet. I knew the last place I had it was Slim Chickens. It was after hours, so I decided to wait until I get home and call in the morning. I called in the morning and spoke to Beau. I told him I lost a wallet, asked me to describe it and I was able to verify that it was mine. I asked if it was possible for them to mail it to the address on my DL and I would reimburse them, Beau gladly agreed to mail it off right away. He sent me a snapshot of the tracking number and everything. I insisted on reimbursing him and he refused. I was forever indebted to him and thanked him profusely. My wallet came in the mail. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEAU! God bless you! No words can express my gratitude. I will definitely be back to try out your tenders next time😊

To start off, the food is mid. Seeing the pictures of the Mac and cheese tenders meal on the website made the price worth it due to portioning but after receiving the food- NOT WORTH IT. Toast was insultingly small, the grilled tenders we received were alls way too small for that price. Everything is so shrunken since last year when I ordered on DoorDash, how disappointing… and when we ask for what clearly says 2 honey mustard, WHY did we receive 1 and then 2 honey bbq instead(it’s at least, very delicious)? It’s understandable if you’re out but let us know so we can see what replacements we want. And DON’T waste your money on the cookie butter shake because all it is is vanilla with unidentifiable “cookie” crumb, at least tell us the cookie. Sooo just overall disappointing, especially for a 30 dollar meal.

There was a website glitch that deleted the choice of no croutons on our salad from the final receipt so hopefully that gets fixed.

Long story short, I will be deleting my brand new rewards account and will not be returning, you must be rich in order to eat here if you want to waste money on small portions, go right ahead...
