Well, I need to send this to you because I along with my party were not happy with the outcome of our dining experience last week (12/2/21). First of all, your commercial on the television in the hotel rooms are misleading because you did not have the items that were shown; which is why we decided to check you out in the first place.
Upon us walking in, there were maybe 10 people total in the restaurant excluding the staff. Matter of fact, the 3 workers that were near the pizza pit had to get someoneโs attention to let them know we wanted to sit down. We sat down, and were greeted by our server who was very, very sweet and also bubbly. We ordered our food. All three of us ordered a slice of pizza and an order of wings.
One order was the 4 cheese pizza with an additional topping of brie cheese and garlic parmesan wings.
Another order was pepperoni pizza with buffalo or bbq wings (canโt remember exactly which one)
My order was pepperoni pizza with two toppings of caramelized onions and brie and general tsao chicken wings.
When our order arrived, my pizza slice came with just brie and onions. I mentioned to our server if I can send it back so they can add the pepperoni on it, and was told that they could not take it back (which I understand due to COVID-19) but that she will give me pepperoni. Now, in all fairness, she should have just taken the pizza back and gave me a fresh new slice, but instead she brought me a dipping sauce size container with cold pepperoni in it. Now how am I supposed to put that on my pizza?! All three slices of our pizza were lukewarm, and so obvious that there werenโt fresh. Very disappointing. Even if they had warmed the pizza up so that it was hot would have been better than what was presented to us. The order of garlic parmesan wings were burnt. There is a big difference between burnt and char-grilled. There was no sauce on them. Just very dry! My wings werenโt that bad but it didnโt taste like general tsao but they werenโt that bad just not what I had expected . We paid our bill/tip and were just sitting down on our phones, and trying to decide where we should go to get a snack because we were still hungry and not satisfied with our meal when one of your employees came over to our area.
I asked if he was the manager and he said no. We asked if he could bring us 3 more glasses of water. He came back with the water and I asked if he could sit down so we can discuss something with him and he did oblige. We told him about our meal and how unhappy we were with it. He told us he would go and speak with the manager about it.
He went to talk to whomever. We, thinking it would take maybe 5 or so minutes, continued talking and looking and playing on our phones. We finally, decided to get up because it was taking longer than expected; and as we were walking out, The employee meets us and tells us that the normal chef didnโt make our entrees but someone else did. He gave us an apology and then went to assist a table with their meal. The three of us went next door to get some snacks at the gift shop to fill us for the evening.
I am very upset with our dining experience at Topgolf. One of my sisters was celebrating her birthday and said that was not a good way to start off her birthday weekend. None of us finished any of our food. Our pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Bottom line, the meal just did not taste fresh. With prices soaring right now, the taste, presentation and customer service should NOT be on a decline!
It would be nice to hear back from someone regarding this evening.
We work hard for our money and even though we were unhappy, we made sure our server had a nice tip from all three of us.
'Til this day (12/23), I haven't heard back from anyone and we dined there Thursday, December 2, 2021. Not a good look...

Food was ok, staff from the front of the house to our server were 10/10, keep these people happy top golf, thats all you got left at this location. The manager Amber was nice but not helpful at all. We received our bill which we were happy to pay but noticed the high noons were $10 on the menu but when the bill came out it was $12. We asked about the difference and were kindly told we have not updated our menus to reflect current pricing. Not only is this a very deceptive practice itโs a great way to lose business and shut down what is rather a great place to hang with friends and family. I asked Amber as the manager if her boss was around to talk about the difference in the bill and I was told he was walking around the casinoโฆ..what ever that means amber lol. I had no issue paying my $200+ tab but itโs the principle at the very least. Do better by your customers top golf at Foxwoods casinoโฆ.or find better management....

First we got sat on a corner of the restaurant away from everyone else (idk maybe cause we was brown) we then get our food omg where do I start fist they bought my daughters Buffalo chicken pizza all deconstructed. And when we tried to explain thatโs not what we ordered we was jst told that the waitress said it was that way. My husband ordered a Coke. They bought him a gin with coke. My husband is on medication and cannot have alcohol when we bought it up to the waitress attention her answer was that we ordered gin and coke. There was no resolution to the fiasco they just kept telling us thatโs not what the other waiters said we ordered.
