You Would Expect Friendly Welcoming Person Instead I Got a Gentleman That acted Like If My need Would Be A Waste Of His Time. I did Not Feel Welcome Nor Would I Spend Money In a Place That Treats Walk Ins Like That. Its Extremely Distasteful For Me Since I Had Saved This Place As My To Go Place As Soon As I Found Them On Google For A Couple Of Projects. As A Small Business Owner Myself I Would Never Conduct Myself In such A Way. I Took My Time To Write This Because Of How Horrid My Experience Was. I Hope Its Different For The rest. Btw Make The Notation Of "Minimums" On Your Items Online And Maybe Save a Couple Of peoples Time To Come In And Be Greeted Like if This Store Has Better Things Than To Answer...

I could not recommend Bob to anyone. I recently came on with a company to help with their marketing, and Bob had designed their logo which they loved. I asked for a file copy of it while building their website, and Bob insisted I buy something before he would release it. I thought it was rude, but I obliged. He continues to hold it hostage and now I'm having to have the logo redesigned. He is rude, and uses intimidation to increase his sales.
