Customer service at this location from the clerk AND manager is horrendous and pathetic. I asked the clerk if she had the current ad since I no longer have been getting mine in the mail which is an issue that has been ongoing for over a year, and she said that they couldnt hand us anything.
Then I try twlling her that I havent been receiving the emails either for about 3 months, she doesnt even let me finish explaining and cuts me off and says, "it doesnt matter, the coupons are good til the end of June." She didnt even know what i was going to say since she cut me off and wouldnt let me finish speaking. So I spent 20 minutes searching for the current ad online, found the coupon and went to buy the ZR8 aince the ZR4 which is what I really went there for was out of stock accorsing to the manager for over 2 weeks.
During checkout, she says that my item doesnt qualify, the manager them chimes in and tells me that certain items dont qualify and names off a bunch of brands...brands I KNOW I have used coupons on before. Anyway, the whole time the manager was loud and condescending and wouldnt let me get a word in. So I just wanted to pay for my item and leave.
The clerk asked if I wanted the protection plan and i told ger no because I probably wouldnt be coming back to shop at harbor freight (this is a result of not getting my coupons by mail for over a year, not getting my coupos by email for 3 months, even during the time that was as an ITC member, the issue was never resolved and nobody wanted to find out why or rectify the issues.) So, instead of the manager trying to resolve any issue, he interjected and. Said "ok" then as I was walking out the door he very loudly and condescensingly said "have a great day sir!" And laughed as I walked out.
My main point is, as a manager, you should be concerned with upset customers and try to figure out what the issue is and how to solve it instead of being condescending and not caring...especially by audibly and loudly laughing at a customer as they walk out of the store.

It will show them having things they don't have. Heather the Manager has got to be the laziest employee of any store I've been in, in years. Called yesterday ahead of time and was told the cabinet was not in the system yet...Today was start of a 3 day liquidation sale and the same cabinet was further marked down from $259.99 to $229.99...
