Rainbow Shops — Local services in Leesburg

Beware, the Worst manager working here. I Love Rainbow but this particular store has awful manager working here. She is always rude, never says hi or welcome even after I smile and make eye contact. She just has an unpleasant attitude. She needs to learn not to take her personal problems out on everyone else. She always find a reason not to take back returns. We are not allowed to try clothes on anymore so she needs to expect that she's going to have more returns because of that.And anyone that shops at Rainbow knows that their sizes fluctuate big time. She always make up something that's wrong with the item to reject the return. ,Even after I told her that's the reason I'm returning the item. She still rejects the return. This isn't the first time she has done this to me. She's not even nice about explaining why she doesn't want to take them back she is rude and confrontational. Im not a confrontational person and I'm very polite so there was no need for it. It's very rude and uncalled for. She doesn't need to handle customer service. I use to come to this store all the time. But every sense she has been here I stopped coming as much because I don't feel welcomed or comfortable being in her presence. I have pictures of the shorts she says she won't be able to resale them so she wasn't accepting the return. I took them right after leaving the store so I did not do anything to them or put filters...

Went in with my little sister and friend looking for something for my friend to wear to an event. Well we didn't find anything for the event but she found some work out clothes. Instead of having the other girl open the other register (she asked if she wanted her to) she allowed a customer to leave the counter several times to get different items and had a line all the way down the isle.
