I purchased a dress from here a couple days ago. After trying it on at home, because the fitting rooms were full, I found the zipper to keep getting stuck. When I tried to return the item today they said they don’t except returns or exchanges......what kind of store doesn’t except returns or exchanges during a pandemic when half the fitting rooms are closed and you can’t try stuff on.
