This was my 1st visit to a sweet frog! Their store was very clean, and the person at the register was super kind and attentive! She explained everything about the store, flavors, member benefits, etc. I stayed in the shop for about 20 mins with my kids. I asked a few questions, and she was very helpful. She offered tasting, too! She also explained different sizes of cups and color changing cups. She also suggested trying marshmallows sauce, which was great!

Frozen yogurt and topping choices were great! My kid's favorite was cotton candy! My favorite was original tart! And of course, kids LOVED color changing cups and spoons !

We stopped by after a basketball game with my son and his friends and kids filled up their tubs. Cake batter was my sons favorite and there was no warning sign or machine was closed when he filled his tub with it. When we come to the cashier he asked if we get cake batter ice cream and we said yes, he told us it is fermenting and no goid and apologized. I asked why it wasn't taken out of service and he said he will and said go ahead and redo your ice cream for free. We did and when we come back he charged us for all the ice cream. This is the best treat for my 4 year old. She learns portion control, and decisions such as savoring fruits with her "ice cream" or getting a tummy ache from too much sugar by adding candy. The staff is always friendly and well groomed. The patrons that I have seen in the few times I have been there have also been friendly, healthy and enjoying a moderate treat.
