I have been a regular customer at this location for a couple years now and up until the last few months I have had the best customer service and overall experience while shopping. There is a new guy that has started there, bald headed darker guy, and my last experience was very poorly different. When I first walk in, the smell in the store was horrid. It was like someone that hasn't showered in weeks and a strong stench of feet. This was the first time I've ever came in to the store and experienced that. This guy was also very rude and unhelpful. It was like it was his first day and did not know anything about anything. I usually see the other guy that has been working there for as long as I've been working there. I love this place and only go to a select few shops. One in Winchester and one in Leesburg which is this one. The one gentleman that is there usually in the evenings is amazing but the other gentleman that is there in the mornings has been giving me an attitude since I started going there almost a year ago. He also continues to charge me $11.67 for the same Vape I’ve been getting for months but the other gentleman charges me $10. while the nice lady that works there charges me $11. The only feedback I have is that it would be nice to be able to go in and buy my Vape for the same price every time I come in instead of not knowing what it’s going to be. Came in here for a cigar, but everything was steeply overpriced (e.g. 7.50 for a 5 dollar cigar). Sensing my hesitation, the shop owner told me everything was 20% off, so i picked one and bought it. First he tried only giving me 10% off at the register, so I objected and reminded him he had JUST said it was 20% off. After the transaction he hesitated to give me my receipt, but he gave it to me after I pressed him for it. The receipt had the 20% off but there was nothing on it that indicated my credit card info (e.g. last 4 digits) to show me this was how much my card had actually been charged.
