I have been several times, and had Andie most of the times. The other woman was good also, but Andie has such a variety of strokes specifically for the legs that I am never bored, and always leave feeling better. Especially after the Rock n Roll marathon, on Monday, June 4th, I hobbled in, asked her to use lighter pressure, and to concentrate on the legs. Nothing else had to be said. She was very careful. By Tuesday I was walking almost normal again, and the legs felt fine. What I really appreciate is the fact that she remembers little things like not touching my feet because I am so ticklish or ignoring the shoulders, arms and head because my emphasis is usually the legs. I would recommend her to any runner out there for pre or post run massages. While some of the women or men may be pushy for tips, I've not experienced that with Andie. ZERO stars. Horrible customer service!! I called on 4/12/16 around 11am to see if they offer a 50% discount on your birthday. I was told by the woman who answered my call that they do. It was my birthday yesterday so I got excited and went right down there hoping to get a massage. I should have known better. When it came time to pay and I picked out the massage I wanted, the lady then pretended like she no longer understood English and began to try to charge me the full price. I pulled up the company website and pointed out to her that is stated on the website that they offer a 50% discount on birthdays!! It also stated to bring your ID. I had all of the proper documentation, she still proceeded to try to charge me the full amount and pretended like she no longer understood English. It nade me angry!! All I’m gonna say is Wish I would of read the reviews first before I went cuz I experienced same problems some others experienced , I went because I didn’t need a appointment and they could get me in right away , now I know why it was so easy to get in …….one thing was my 20 percent tip was frowned upon which I added before the service started because they demanded you pay first and a comment was made and basically was begged to give more of a tip I’ve attached a picture of google search of percentage just in case there is any misunderstanding of how much tip is suggested and a tip shouldn’t...
