The prices here are insane. It's like they forget that the items are DONATED for free.

Reading these reviews, it seems as though the manager knows they have terrible prices, yet they refuse to adjust their pricing. Other goodwill branches recognize the market they serve and price accordingly. This store thinks that a brand name from Macy's deserves a Macy's price tag.

It's sad to watch a charity shop struggle due to corporate greed, but that's exactly what is happening here. The prices are driving customers away. This store has basically no regulars because their prices are so bad that no one comes a second time. In case you can't tell, guys, that's losing you money.

It's a good thing there are plenty of other goodwill stores nearby. This one is rotten. Bad management who doesn't understand...

Pricing here is a joke and manager obviously hates her job. I get a set of 4 glass glasses (1.99 each) and a set of 4 plastic glasses (3 say 1.99 but one says .99). I ask them to adjust the price of the plastic ones as it doesn't make sense they are charging the same amount as beautiful glass ones. Told by the manager that all prices are final. Whoever did the .99 cent one made a mistake. She refused to listen to any common sense or logic that it was the same price as higher quality glasses. She also had an attitude and you can tell she doesn't want to be there. I bought them and left.

Normally I would just say whatever and move on, but this is my second interaction with this manager (months apart). And both times she has not been pleasant and looked annoyed and like she didn't want...

There is no Goodwill at this Goodwill. I was harassed by two black female employees because I was filling a couple of water containers with much needed water. They were threatening me, and were very upset I used their water filler for water. It was the pettiest thing I’ve ever encountered. I usually frequent Goodwill for their goodwill. But this location has two black employees who refuse to let anyone obtain water from their location. This place contradicts everything Goodwill stands for. So disappointed in humanity, there is no such thing as Goodwill. A witness to the event, approached me and said he felt horrible for what he witnessed, he mentioned the supervisors name that was involved...
