I would not recommend this place. I seldom write bad reviews but I was treated very poorly. We were emailing back and 4th and she was short, unfriendly, and then just never responded. It’s OK if a business is too busy and can’t get something done on time. What is not OK is being completely ignored and given no reply. I would have understood if she had let me know she was too busy to handle the order instead she just dropped me. As a potential new customer that is not how anyone should be treated. This was my first time here and I am beyond happy that I chose this location for my embroidery! I had a custom Doctorate gown that unneeded patches created then sewn into the gown itself. The shop was beyond accommodating. I was able to send them a copy of what I wanted and they created it exactly as I wanted it.
