Be really careful with the lady inside… she promise you something to make you switch to them and puts you on high plan right away without your consent.. Made me switch line from Verizon to them promising to give me an better deal which at the moment I was paying only $50 with Verizon and my iPhone 11 Pro Max was paid in full… she tricked me in a way to give away my iPhone fully paid and put me in a high plan with them and the first months I was paying $133.19… went to another At&t store to see what’s going on and found out she put me on something that I never requested and agreed on like phone protection insurance and other stuffs.. they were able to change my plan to something more basic which I initially requested and lowered to $91 per month after I’ve paid 3 months $133, $105 and $113 …. But today when I’ve got my bill i recall that she said that they are going to charge me $20 until I pay the difference of the phone which should be no more than $200 cuz at that time I got the iPhone 13 pro max… now just found out when I looked on my bill that they are charging me full price for the phone even after I gave them my fully paid iPhone 11 Pro Max In exchange for my actual phone🤦🏻‍♂️ … so I recommend you going to another AT&T or be really careful and read all the documents… don’t sign anything without reading it…I’m really thinking to get an lawyer not because I’m paying more than before and putting me on a plan I haven’t requested but because they SCAMMED me of the old phone which was paid in full and now have to pay another phone for 36 months 🤦🏻‍♂️ So please...

First I wanted an iPhone bigger that what I have, no dice, they are all the same for years. It is a matter of vision for me. i'm old. I bought a replacement phone last January (24) could not set it up for the life of me, Traumatic year intervened. I asked if the clerk could activate it for me. He tried, failed because the system would not accept my ID because it is non-expiring. There was nothing he could do for me, then, he thought if I had the pin for the account, I could talk to corporate. Who carries that around. So AT&T, I cant' blame the clerk if your software is faulty. I am without audio on my phone. I can get text, do Internet, the "smart" stuff but no voice.. Leaves me...

As she was in the middle of helping me, two more customers came in. Apparently one just needed to pay the bill, so I stepped aside to let her do the quick transaction. Then she went to help the other customer, stating that will also be a quick transaction. So almost 45 min later, I ran out of patience and left the store without completing my transaction. My kindness was taken for granted today and I was left to wait while other customers were being prioritized.
