Illinois Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lemont Township

So, we tried to call the restaurant were put on hold, after over 10 minutes nobody came back. We are trying to call back and clearly they forgot about us and the phone as it has to be off the hook. I dined in there once, and the food was great. I have my mom over, recommended it to her and they treat us as if we are unimportant throw away customers. We had a pretty decent sized order for them but I guess they are busy enough today that they don't mind losing a customer forever. I liked the food but I don't appreciate being treated like this. Over 30 minutes later and their phone is still off the hook. Horrible customer service. Don't bother trying to order, they will put you on hold, ignore you, leave the phone off thr hook so they don't have to do their job. Lazy, terrible employees, change my mind. It doesn't matter how busy they are, you treat all your paying customers the same. This is ridiculous, I don't care how good the burger is I'm done with this place, never again. Very disrespectful and rude, they disgust me. No food is worth being mistreated and ignored. I hope this place closes down and they open up a good place with employees who care. We called heros west instead, they were nice,respectful, attentive, took our order right away, I don't know how the food is yet but they're getting at least 4 stars from me just for answering their phone and being respectful. Stopped into this place last Friday for lunch. Ordered the half wings thinking they were individual pieces and they came out as whole wings. They ask you what kind of sauce you want but it’s it tossed in the sauce in comes out in packets like catsup or a small container like it is a side. Nonetheless the chicken was pretty big and juicy but barely cooked all the way through. I also ordered onion rings between the fries and onion rings I found myself full. There was one cook and one waitress, the waitress spent 30-40% of her time on her personal cellphone and catering to certain guests. One guy got 3 Beers in a row I guess because they know each other while other people who wanted refills had to leave their tables to approach her for service. She never once came to me while I was eating and asked if I needed anything and the cup of ice water I asked for had things floating around in it. I understand being short staffed and not being able to cater to all customer in a timely fashion but not being able to service people at all or cater to specific people is ridiculous.
