I was looking to get myself a new computer. My thought was to buy local, if I could get what I wanted. My initial phone call went well, I thought, and I got a rough number for what it might cost. My lady wanted to get me this for an xmas present, so she encouraged me to drive over there the next day. It's quite a long drive for us. That visit did not go so well. It took me a while to get it across to the guy that was there what I wanted and didn't want (no operating system for one example), there was a bit of minor paperwork that made no sense to me, coming out of a printer that frankly needed some TLC. But I left there without a definite number for what this would cost. And I waited. And waited. Days went by and I didn't hear anything. Eventually I found somebody else to deal with, the phone call went well, the website functioned well, and an order was placed, with no problem. As a tech enthusiast but still very "consumer-grade" customer, I don't really understand who this store is for.

The inventory selection is largely outdated, and really, just odd; example, there was a pile of UV reactive acrylic fan guards shaped like aliens, from 2007 at the absolute LATEST, still taking up space on the shelf. Why? It's been fifteen whole years! Additionally, everything there seems priced ranging anywhere from high, to absurd, for the value of what they have.

I don't know - maybe I'm not the target demographic for their business, but from what I saw, I really don't know...

100% unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had my laptop for over 2 weeks and when I called to check on it, it was clear no one looked at it. Took another 2 weeks for the tech to tell me they couldn't fix the issue because they couldn't find the jack (the power cord has to be held in a specific spot to charge, which i would have thought would be an easy fix) but I picked it up today and it's operating the same as it was when i dropped it off a month ago. Had to call several times to see where they were with it and never got a call back. Run your precious tech gadgets far away...
