Possibly one of the greatest experiences of my life. I received a remote start for my 2017 Ford Escape as a birthday present. My reservation was actually made in February for the first available appointment which was....May 10 2023! That's how much in demand Creative Car Tunes is. I dropped my Escape off the night before expecting them to have it all day which they did. I have not one single problem with that. I figure if they have it all day they're doing their best to make sure everything is done properly the first time. Andy called me when he was done and we went right over. He gave us a very thorough tutorial on how the entire system works and made sure I understood. I like that the system comes with two remotes and a great warranty. I would definitely recommend Andy, he was professional, polite and patient with my questions. Need automotive electronics installed? Definitely call...

If you want it done right by someone who will not and I mean literally will not be satisfied until you are and he knows everything works properly then there is no substitute! He honestly should be charging more money for his incredible skills but he won't. Andy is absolutely hands down the best in the industry and if he can't get to your car for few weeks.. WAIT. You will be very happy you did! This guy not only knows his stuff and has experience that shows in his work but he is the only one I would trust with a high end car or any car you want done without problems...I honestly can say enough I'm blown away!! He spent an extra 4 hours figuring out and rewired updated and just fine tuning and making sure everything i wanted to use was working properly... Absolutely worth it! I too was reading these reviews, and I unfortunately had a much different experience than the reviews noted. I just called them, 5 minutes ago and when I got an answer I explained that I had a few questions concerning head units for my 2006 Monte Carlo. I asked if they guy was busy (I think he said his name was Doug, but I didn't hear him very clear so that could be completely wrong) and he said "uh I guess". So anyways I started to ask about head units and explained that I was looking for something Alpine and he completely cut me off saying that they don't carry Alpine. After a silence I just said goodbye. If you want me to even consider your shop when I would have to drive from Shippensburg, you better give me more time on the phone to at least get my questions...
