For over a month now, Iāve been trying to think of how to put my experience here into words. I got HIGHLY referred to come here by a life long best friendās mother. She urged to me āYou cannot go to any other jewelry store except here (trust me)ā ... and i can confirm with the world, Iāve never been more relieved that I trusted someone elseās advise. Before I spoke to her, I had stopped at some well known popular name brand stores first, shopped around, and just wasnāt impressed. Granted- I am a very picky individual with just about everything in life. I then called K Novinger to see how they were scheduling due to the pandemic, they mentioned that they were scheduling at least a week or two out since they were limited with how many people can be in there at once. So I told them i was looking for a special engagement ring, and that i really couldnāt afford to wait that long given the circumstance, not wanting my girlfriend to know I was ring shopping.They informed me they could get me in 4 days after that phone call, which made me feel good that they were willing to schedule me in on such a short notice. When i showed up to my first appointment, i stood outside for about 20 seconds and waited for them to unlock the door. They had me sanitize my hands before entering the store. And of course they required masks being worn at all times. I was the only customer in there so it felt very personable and i very much felt at home. Side note, i loved ALL of that. I have an immune deficiency, and Iāve honestly refused to give a lot of local businesses my money who do not follow COVID CDC Guidelines. It was very comforting, and i got lucky enough to have my first appointment be with Kristin (the owner). Even more fortunate that sheās the one who helped me out each time. I CANNOT express enough that she is literally the best. Kristin went out of her way to make sure I knew everything about everything at all times. Sheās so incredibly nice and informative, patient and also very professional. Running and operating a local body shop myself- it inspired me to step up my own customer service! And that is rare to get THAT motivated from just one person. After having 5 separate visits to the store, it ended with me being the happiest customer in town. I ended up buying THE PERFECT RING, and Kristin helped me customize it from scratch, top to bottom, just to make sure nobody else had the same ring. I felt so good knowing it was unique and actually special. The honesty you get, and the customization/ whole idea of paying for EXACTLY what youāre looking for, is unmatched.
Every employee in there treats you like family. Not once did i feel like a paying customer. I can assure you, i will NEVER go anywhere else to buy jewerly. They got me for life, and I will forever rant about them to others because you donāt know how it is until you try it for yourself. PLEASE, bring your business here. They have a 4.9 on google with 100+ Reviews. That is almost perfect. Itās not a mistake. Itās not only impressive itās WELL EARNED.

Because it was a custom design I was expected to pay for a ring that looked nothing like my design and I was seriously distraught. Kristen and her staff were genuinely kind and gave me solid advice on how to handle my situation and within a week I was free from buying a worthless hunk of metal and able to start fresh once more in the pursuit of creating the perfect engagement ring. Kristen understood not only the flaws in the ring created by this other company, but she truly understood my vision for this ring. Neither she nor her staff pressured me to go in any particular direction with my ring. I had been to several jewelers both locally and out of state and this was seriously the best non pressure customer service I had received. Some companies claim to go hand in hand with you on the design process...a false promise given by companies I had previously dealt with, but Kristen made sure I saw every step and was comfortable with every step before moving on. Kristen took my design picture and gave me hand drawings of my ring from different angles. Then beautifully developed CAD drawings of my ring that really looked like a picture of my ring to be. I was presented with the wax representation of my ring, still needed some adjustment...no problem, Kristen reworked my wax beautifully for that last small touch that was needed. I got to see the raw ring before it was polished and then the polished ring before the stone was set. Once completed it wasn't just a beautiful ring but a piece of art and one that without her patience and dedication I could have never created for the the love of my life. My fiancee LOVED the ring and now has something of unique quality to cherish for the rest of her life. Something else you should understand about Kristen...this wasn't some big sale for her but she worked for months on my design. I already owned my diamond and the setting she created that looked perfect was still considerably less than the company that butchered my design before. That's the thing...yes they sell and create high class jewelry but they aren't stiff or pushy there and it's not all about the almighty dollar. My advice is simple, if you are thinking about having any jewelry made at least stop by and talk to Kristen about your idea. If she can't help you she will point you in the direction of those that can. Odds are though that she can help you to make your vision become reality and she won't stop until you are happy with your piece. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not recommend this store to anyone. I'm giving 5 stars because the owner said I'd have to change my 1 star review for them to fix my ring by valentines day. Which I will honor. I brought in my fiances ring three weeks ago and talked to Sam. I needed a small light amethyst accent stone replaced. She made it seem like it would be a quick and easy fix. She Didn't mention anything about the availability of certain shades of amethyst at the time. Or that it would even be a factor when replacing the specific shade of amethyst I needed replaced. They put in a much darker amethyst stone because thats what they had instead of contacting me first. Then told me the ring was done two weeks later. I wasted a trip there just to tell them its the wrong stone. Sam explained how they didnt have any light amethyst readily available at the time and it could possibly take a couple more weeks to find the right color. Almost convinced me to replace the other three accent stones to match the wrong stone. I left the store unhappy and made my honest review of my bad experience when I got home. The owner called me shortly after to make it right, and I felt really good about that. She asked me to change my review if she got the ring done by valentines day which was only three days away. I agreed and I felt much better. My good mood changed again when my fiance and I went to the store and felt an instant passive-aggressive vibe from the staff in the store. Sam, who was so nice before, didn't even make eye contact with me, and the manager subtlety put the blame on us, saying we should have communicated with them better before leaving the bad review. I feel like they should have communicated with me better before putting the wrong stone in my fiances ring. If not getting bad reviews is what they care about. It really felt like the review is all they cared about, and now we don't trust going there since they very obviously don't like us. Don't want to have passive-aggressive vibes when we go there for service now. My good feeling of finding the store would have been fully restored, and would I have left a true 5 star review if not for the way I was...
