I started going to the small group training after "graduating" from Physical therapy after back surgery. I realized I was intimidated and honestly fearful that I was going to do something to set back the progress I had made in physical therapy. AND in the spirit of honesty I was not disciplined enough to maintain the homework. The trainers at Root SUP & Fitness have been a blessing and a key component in my success to continue to enjoy and thrive in life while gaining more motion range, flexibility, strength, and way better balance. I also enjoyed being in a small group of like minded people. It has been extremely encouraging to know that other people of all ages and different stages of their health journey were thriving and have been working with the trainers for some time. Whether you're already in shape or starting from the bottom, they know how to accommodate your needs and meet you on your level (and then push you just that little bit harder so you can be your best self).
I regularly take aerial, yoga, and interval classes and have just started experimenting with SUP. Having little to no experience with any of those types of exercise before coming here, I can vouch that this is a great place...
