I have used their services twice, and both times, they very quickly and accurately solved the problem. Once with a home-built PC that was acting up. He worked on the unit for at least 30 minutes and told me that I had a bad motherboard. Replaced it and sure enough, unit ran fine. The second was with an IMac that would not load an OS update. Called Apple Support 4 times and their answer was to delete the hard drive and load the new OS. Did that and it still had the same problem of recycling. Brought it to ADel and within a few hours he calls me to say the problem was a bad RAM module. Had it all loaded up with the updated OS when I picked it up. Thanks Apple for having me destroy all the data on my hard drive and have to reload all software. And Apple had no way to fix the computer unless I took it the Apple Store in Newark DE (87 miles one way). Instead, we have a person locally who knows what he is doing and gets the job right! I will never go to another computer repair shop again. I brought my computer in as it refused to turn on. I was greeted by a friendly and professional woman who informed empathized with my situation and attempted a few solutions. When these didn’t work, she told me of the protocol and as it was late in the day- the repairman Matt called me the following day to inform me of the interventions he tried in the interim. He went over and beyond. He researched my warranty of which he printed up the details, printed them out and informed me of the best way in which to get in touch with the computer company. Had a great experience here. Stopped in to purchase some replacement LCDs. The owner was there and found 2 for me. He just gave me them because he didn’t have a use for them. Very nice of him to do that for a complete stranger.
