I couldnt give anymore than 5 stars when i wish i could give 100 stars. No matter what i have needed for my truck this company has gone above and beyond for me and my husband. I got a system put in and a lift with tires and rims with tint and no matter what has happened from my tint having a whole to my system acting crazy and going out or not working they have come through each and ever time fixing it for me. An each time they have called to explain what's wrong and how it was fixed or what i needed to do to correct the matter. Between Jason and Thomas and other staff they have been the BEST at everything. I just want to say "Thanks you" thanks for all you have done and "thank you" for putting up with me too. LOL you all have been the best even through all my dumb questions or thoughts you all have helped me in ever way. Anytime anyone asked me who did your work or who did the system i cant say it enough "SOUND FX in LEWIS DEL" and i always say ask for Jason or Thomas. Believe me when i say if anyone can deal with and all my needs like this company has and still have a smile on their face, you couldn't ask for better people. I know im just a small dot in this world of systems and rims & Tires but this place is the best and they will always work on all my trucks or cars no matter what it is. From the rims and tires to systems to suspensions, to leather seats and anything else you may need. Thomas has already got me convinced im gonna change my cloth to leather by winter time. An on another note, im not rich by any means and i like to be a tight ass too just like the next so when it comes to their prices they are very reasonable with their prices they will work with you on prices and try their best to make it work for whatever you may need. i could of took my truck somewhere local like 10 to 20 minutes away to make my life easier but HELL NO, i will drive the hour and half anyday of the week to have them work on my car/truck. I could go on and on about how great these people are at Sound FX in Lewis Del, but im sure they dont want to have a page long lmao. I hope this reaches Sound FX and others so they can get more business come their way. I recommend Matt Schaefer at Sound FX. Period. Full stop. Matt is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, an artist. You can find many installers who know the electronics and how to produce great sound. What sets Matt apart is that he is also an expert in fabrication. Matt combines his expertise across multiple disciplines with amazing results.

I have a 2016 Tesla Model S P100D. It’s red with a white interior. I love the white interior, but as you can imagine, it takes a bit of additional love and care. When I first starting talking to Matt about adding an aftermarket system to my car, I was not planning on investing much on the aesthetics. Sound quality was far more important to me, and I didn’t want to diverge too far away from OEM and take away from the white interior.

That all changed once I saw pictures of Matt’s prior work, and he started to describe to me his vision which included using materials that matched the red and white of my car. His work sold itself. Admittedly, I spent more than I had originally planned, but I’m glad that I did. The audio system is the best I’ve ever heard in a Tesla, and the design of the amp rack and pillars is amazing. I’m very involved in the Tesla community, so my car is seen by a lot of people. Anyone who has any interest in aftermarket audio has walked away impressed (or perhaps depressed after they get back into their car with the OEM audio system.)

I’ve sent several people to Matt, many of whom have never installed an aftermarket system before. Matt listens to what the customer wants. He won’t try the hard sell, but if you ask him, he’ll give you options and explain the tradeoffs.
