Paul's Clothing & Shoe Store — Local services in Lewiston

I have been a customer for three years. On April 24th, I ordered and paid for a new pair of $220 Chippewa boots. Was told they would arrive in 7-10 days. After 14 days I called to inquire about their whereabouts and a possible tracking number. Paul said he would get back to me the next morning. The following afternoon I called again. I got told that I had "attitude" and was asked to never shop there again! Is Paul opposed to providing the merchandise he charged for, or is there another issue? Regardless, I have taken my business to Louie's at 250 Center Street in Auburn where I got 3 pairs of pants, 3 t-shirts, 4 button-up shirts, and a jacket, all of which was in stock, for just under $400. And he told me he would have sold me the same Chippewa boots for $170. He now has my business as well as some of my fellow union electricians. Everytime I shop here I've always had a great experience. Both of them are very pleasant helpful and friendly I have nothing negative to say. The only thing I don't feel is ok is when people shop here you get a thing asking how the vapor room is that shouldn't come up when shopping at this mans business it should be totally separate I understand it's within the same building but they are two separate businesses other than that I love shopping at...
