My daughter was so excited about getting her dress from this store. She found their page on Instagram. We drove from Houston to Lewisville to pick her dress. Dress did not arrive on time as they promised ( I understood due to covid). I had to call every time to get an update would be put on hold for minutes. Would not get a call back with updates as promised. The little girls they have working there try to help as much as they can since the times I went they were new hires. Went to pick up dress in Sep and decided to get alterations there since they promised it would only take 1 week and dress would get shipped out. Got a call last week that they were doing alterations and dress was shipping out and heard nothing from them. I called yesterday was put on hold for minutes no one came back so I hung up. I called today to find out dress has not been shipped. The owner/manager needs to be more involved. This is ridiculous I've had to push back 15 pictures for the 2nd time now due to the dress not getting here on time.
Update- 10/11/2021 Muy mala comunicación. Me mandaron el vestido de mi hija sin alteraciones que pague. Arruinaro los guantes que venían con el vestido y ahora tengo que esperar más tiempo para que alguien me hable y vean cómo resolver esto. Nunca ahí un manager en la tienda o eso es lo que me dicen. Si no recibo una llamada de alguien voy a poner reclamo a mi banco para que me regresen el dinero completo que pague por el vestido. Por el vestido no me encierran completo. Eh tenido que atrasar las fotos 2 veces ahora una tercera vez por culpa de esta gente. Es frustrante por que la 15 es en un mes y el vestido no está completo. Como a ellos ya se les pago les vale. Gente eviten este lugar!!! Nada de profesional pura niña trabaja que no están capacitadas y sin ayuda de alguien.
10/18- I have not received a refund for the alterations I paid. The dress was sent incomplete. I have been calling to get updates and request call back from manager ( no one has contacted me). As of today I put a dispute for the alterations I paid since store has not resolved this. I will put a dispute on the $1,300 dress that we paid since it is incomplete. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have tried to be patient and work with them but seems like they do not want to fix things. My daughters 15 is a month away. Cannot take pictures since gloves are missing and alterations were not made. Sad that we are going through this. Will look for another dress if I do not get the gloves! I have gone to diff places here in houston to see if somone has similar gloves to the dress but no luck. On top of that I paid $10 to ship them back whatever they made for straps that I did...
Read moreI was hopeful to find the perfect gown for my event, but unfortunately, my experience with this store has been incredibly disappointing. Despite reaching out to them diligently for the past two months regarding the shipment of my dress, I've been met with nothing but delays and excuses.
With my event quickly approaching on June 1st, it's incredibly frustrating to still be in the dark about the status of my order as of today, May 29th. Despite assurances from their supplier, Q by Davinci, that tracking information would be available once the dress shipped, I've received no such updates.
What's more disheartening is the lack of communication and accountability from the store's customer service team. Rather than addressing my concerns and providing timely updates, they have chosen to ignore my calls and neglect their responsibility to keep their clients informed.
My experience with this store has been marked by incompetence and poor customer service. I would strongly advise against entrusting them with any important purchases or events, as they have failed to deliver even the most basic level of professionalism and reliability.
I wanted to further express my concerns regarding the lack of communication surrounding the shipment of the dress. As I previously mentioned, I was informed that the dress would ship in mid-May when placing my order, and I was understanding when told it would not ship until Monday or Tuesday of this week due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it is now Wednesday, and I have yet to receive any update from your team or yourself as the owner. This has led to additional frustration as I had to personally initiate contact to inquire about any updates or tracking information.
While I appreciate your explanation regarding the delays caused by the recent severe weather in North Texas, I must emphasize that the issue lies not solely with the delay itself, but with the absence of proactive communication from your team.
Moving forward, I urge you and your team to prioritize communication and keep customers informed of any developments or delays, especially when they impact the delivery of their orders. Clear communication fosters trust and understanding between customers and businesses, and I believe it's essential for maintaining a positive customer experience.

Read moreMy review begins even before entering the establishment. My daughter found Ana’s shop on Instagram where she browsed through pictures of dresses and found two that she liked. My daughter messaged Ana’s staff on instagram to ask if they had the dresses she liked. A staff member reply promptly letting my daughter know that she did in fact have both dresses. She kindly advised my daughter to book an appointment to try them on. We booked our appointment and waited patiently for the day to come! We live four house away. When we arrived we were greeted by Mia. She opened the door and welcomed us in and had a big smile on her face. She had us fill out some paperwork and told me to meet her at the counter when I was ready. We met her at the counter and she led us back to the dress gallery. She explained that we could pick out 4-5 dresses to try on. She let us browse freely and said if we had any questions to let her know. My daughter tried on 5 dresses and Mia stayed close by to help us with the experience. It was so nice to see Mia smile with every dress my daughter tried on. She was so pleasant and kind. I love how she asked my daughter where each dress ranked as she tried them on. During the try on period, another employee came over with a bowl of snacks and offered us drinks as well. She was super kind and accommodating as well. Made us feel special. Once my daughter chose her dress, Mia asked us to meet her up front for payment. At the counter, we were informed that our purchase came with a set of jewelry and a robe with our daughters name on it! This was such a nice surprise! They walked us over to the jewelry and we made our decision. We then made our decision on a crown. After this we paid, and at this time we met Ana’s daughter. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful while we paid. She carried on a very nice conversation with myself and my mom while we finalized our transaction.
