Workers were extremely rude. I asked 3 times if the dressing rooms were open, mind you the cashier workers looked at me in the eyes and ignored me until I had to ask for the 3rd time then Fatima responded saying no. The schedule on the dressing room showed a schedule saying it was open still. I then double checked with another worker if the dressing rooms were open and she said yes. I then asked the lady (Fatima) again, but she then gave me a really bad attitude (she claimed that the store was ‘too’ busy). I then asked for her managers number but she then ignored me and walked away. If y’all aren’t going to allow people to try on their clothes, you’re going to lose sales. Because what’s the point on buying stuff that you’re not sure that fits. Especially if you can’t exchange it or get a refund. I suggest you train your workers more on customer service, because y’all have really, really, really bad customer service. Found some great things!! However, three things in my cart were taken as I was shopping. I have no idea how, but it wasn’t until I tried everything on that I realized I was missing those pieces. One of the taken items was MY coat. I asked one of the employees who asked me if I knew who took it. Why would I know?!! Then he called the manager who was not helpful either. I decided to look in their coats to see if someone put it up and lo and behold there it was. The manager then came back and said she was sorry and one of the employees put it up. I love thrifting but the prices on items here are ridiculously overpriced. Nothing used should cost more than the same item new at another store. Everything in thrift stores should really be 75% or more off original items. I stop by periodically to see if anything has changed but am always still left shocked at how expensive everything is. It’s really disappointing because if pricing wasn’t an issue I’m sure profits for this location would double if not triple in business.
