I lost a stone out of my engagement ring and was devastated. The ring was made in by one jeweller and all the prior inspections, cleanings, and dipping had been done by a jeweller in Canada. After reading many, many reviews online I decided to bring my ring to Bryan. He made me feel very comfortable with the repairs and worked with our insurance company regarding payment. He cleaned and dipped my wedding band while he was repairing my engagement ring and all on a timeline because I was hoping to have my rings back for my brother-in-laws wedding. He got everything done and we were able to pick up the rings before the wedding. They look better than they did when my husband first gave them to me. Got my engagement ring sized here a couple of years ago, and had a great experience. I came back to get my wedding band sized. Brian informed me that my band would be difficult to resize due to the placement of the diamonds, and that there would a huge risk of diamonds falling out later on. He explained my other options to me very clearly in a way I could understand. He could have easily taken my money and resized it anyways without explaining the risks to me.
